Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give and for keeping your account secure.

You sign up with an email address. Keep your login details private and tell us if you think someone else is using your account.

When using TalkOvia, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, bully or abuse other people.
• Send spam, scams, or unwanted promotional messages.
• Share illegal, hateful, violent or sexually explicit content.
• Pretend to be someone else or share other people's private information.
• Try to hack, disrupt or misuse the service or collect data from it automatically.

You own the content you send. You give TalkOvia permission to store and deliver it so the service can work. You are responsible for what you share.

TalkOvia is currently free to use and has no paid subscription plans. We may change or add features over time.

We may limit, suspend or remove accounts that break these Terms or put other users at risk. You can stop using TalkOvia at any time and may ask us to delete your account.

TalkOvia is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for the conduct of other users, so please use good judgement when chatting with people you meet online.

To the extent permitted by law, TalkOvia is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use TalkOvia after an update means you accept the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
