Your profile details and the messages you send are visible to the people you chat with, as part of how a chat app works. We use trusted service providers (for example hosting and storage) to run TalkOvia, and they may process data on our behalf. We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect users and the service.

We use cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as light or dark mode.

• You can delete a message for everyone in a conversation.

TalkOvia is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. If you believe a child is using the service, please contact us so we can act.
